There are few things that are of such value that you must truly guard them throughout your life. Your thoughts and your emotions are such things, but so is time. Your time in this life is a limited resource, and it is your job to make the most of it. Start by not giving in to time wasters which give nothing back to you or the world. Live each day as if you could die tomorrow, and as if you will live forever, since both things are true.
