Strength and Courage

Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.
Lao Tzu

Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.
Maya Angelou

Nurture your relationships and your connections to those around you and you will help build up reserves of courage and strength. These reserves are what you tap into when you face challenges and obstacles. In enough quantities, strength and courage can clear roads of obstacles and flatten mountains that rise up in your path. Courage and strength are your twin partners when you face any challenge. Courage allows you to keep moving in the right direction, when insecurities well up and scream for you to turn around. Strength is the salve that soothes your pain and calms your nerves in the midst of a storm.
